Another Unit sold at Beechwood, Kettering Business Park

North Rae Sanders and Budworth Hardcastle have sold unit 6 Beechwood to local IT firm AMC Computer Supplies. The 1,083 sq ft unit provided the firm with the space and surroundings that they were looking for being located 5 minutes to the North of Kettering. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Harvester Pub located on site proved a factor for AMC, who wanted amenities for their staff.


Kettering Business Park Welcomes Harvester Pub, and Express By Holiday Inn Hotel

Buccleuch Property and Kettering Business Park are delighted to announce the opening of a hotel and Pub on their site. The Express by Holiday Inn opened in July and is a new concept being adopted by Holiday Inn. The 140 bed hotel has proved extremely popular with high levels of bookings since its opening. The Harvester Pub, which also opened in July is open for breakfast serving food all day, and has also proved popular with occupiers on the nearby Beechwood Office Development and passers by on the A6003.


Evie Training Finds New Home at Beechwood

Training provider Evie Training has taken new office space at Beechwood, Kettering Business Park. The firm who provide training and resources for 16 – 24 year olds has taken unit 5, measuring 1,092 sq ft. They chose Beechwood due to its proximity to the Town, and its road links, with regular bus service running right past the entrance to the Park.


Exciting plans revealed by Buccleuch Property

Exciting plans for the first phase of development at the £100 million Kettering Business Park have now been revealed by developer Buccleuch Property. Buccleuch Property can confirm that planning consent has now been granted for the first phase of the 30 acre mixed-use speculative scheme, with contractors due onsite shortly. The scheme will include a mix of office, retail, hotel and leisure facilities.


Kettering Business Park to bring jobs boost

Buccleuch Property has announced that the total investment in Kettering Business Park is around £100 million and is set to bring a boost to the local economy and jobs market. The first phase of the development is likely to create around 200 jobs with a potential of around 2,500 jobs for the overall scheme.
